So what is in this article – having a must list or some sort of list of priorities and what is important – is something that I have been thinking about lately, that is, when I have time to think. Life has been crazy busy with multiple jobs and then a mother-in-law getting ill and being in and out of the hospital for about a month. I am still busy now getting ready to head to Italy soon for 2 weeks and planning a busy summer schedule. I have not been focused on fitness the last month+ at all. I will refocus on what makes me healthier and happier when we return from what should be an amazing time in Italy! Just being there will be a good thing as I love to travel and experience new things. What is the stuff that you do that makes you healthier and happier?
