In this short video for Broccoli Protein Bread from Protein Pow (also known as Anna Sward),
she shows us how to make a simple and easy low-carb, low-fat, gluten-free bread using only broccoli, protein powders, and eggs.
In order to make the bread a little tastier, I am going to try to add some cheese and herbs. My first ideas are parmesan and rosemary, or monterey jack and basil.
